I’ll pick up the “advice” columns from entrepreneurs again tomorrow, but wanted to drop two quick links. It’s very confused- I love my iPhone but I do have some real problems with DRM and Apple’s ability to control what applications I use on a device I’ve bought and paid for. So my reaction to the iPad was…well, confused. That’s why I love both of these “reviews”:
- Techcrunch’s article on “Why My Mom’s Next Computer is Going to Be an iPad” (thanks Joey). It makes sense- there some things I find troublesome that a bunch of people won’t. And this tablet may be perfect for them, for all the reasons that post mentions. And yeah, it does some cool stuff.
- Mosspuppet’s fake fawning puppet conversation with Steve Jobs. Hilarious. (for those unfamiliar, Mosspuppet is a fake video-blog, making fun of WSJ tech reporter Walt Mossberg).
